Ezeiatech tech team designed and built the entire tech stack of VLIV platform. Product had B2C Android and IOS native apps for booking and payments, B2B Flutter app for property management, Web admin panel for property management and integrations with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory systems.

Customer

Experion is a 100% FDI funded real estate developer backed by Experion Holdings Pte. Ltd., Singapore, the real estate investing arm of the $2.5 billion AT Holdings group of companies.

Challenge

As the education and job sectors are growing massively, the number of millennials entering metropolitan towns has been growing as well. The existing Paying Guest option is not the idlest one because of the lack of flexibility and unavailability of exhaustive facilities. The high expected growth in the number of millennials proves this open market to be capitalized with the inclusion of technology to provide safe, hygienic and convenient accommodations.

Ezeiatech stepped up to formulate an entire ecosystem to help co-living providers to initiate growth and maximize profits. Being the first player in the market, we have developed an all-in-one application with Experion Developers to ease the business operations.

Solution

As millennials often face a lot of problems in opting for the best suited co-living property for themselves because of the lack of amenities and facilities provided. Moreover, it becomes a hassle for property owners to keep a tab of their customers to provide them with the necessary requirements. Thus, this offline platform required the intervention for automation which paved the way for VLIV co-living platform.
